Montfort Catering Consultants have recently completed a detailed catering tender exercise for the re-tender of the cafes, restaurants and hospitality offer at Winnersh Triangle and Chineham business parks.

Frasers Property is a multinational real estate group that owns, develops and manages a diverse portfolio of properties in over 70 cities around the world; and the largest single-ownership company of UK business parks.

Their UK business parks include Chineham Park, Farnborough Business Park, Hillington Park, Blythe Valley Park, Maxis Business Park, Lakeshore Business Park and Winnersh Triangle.

Winnersh Triangle is a 1.5 million sq ft mixed-use business park located in Reading, with a wide range of offerings including major headquarter buildings, Grade A offices and start-up office suites. The Park has its own dedicated rail station, ‘Winnersh Triangle’, which is  just a three minute walk from the Piazza.

Restaurants & Cafes include:

  • The Exchange – a flexible workspace with an all-day café including hot food offer, small sound-proof pods for private calls, co-working space and a bookable private meeting room.
  • Building 1180 Café.
  • Building 220 Café.

Chineham Park is an 815,000 sq ft mixed-use business park located in Basingstoke and minutes from the M3 with a wide range of offerings comprising from 160 sq ft to 93,000 sq ft.

Cafes include:

  • The Exchange – a collaborative space and café, promoting the exchange of ideas, located at Cedarwood for all Chineham Park occupiers.

We have also advised on the food and beverage offer and catering tender at The Rowe, The Aldgate Bauhaus, a 165,000 sq ft new workplace with flexible floor plates, private terraces on every floor and an 8,000 sq ft communal garden open all year round.
