Business Parks include Chineham Park, Farnborough Business Park, Hilington Park, Maxis, Watchmoor Park and Winnersh Triangle.

Frasers Property UK is continually looking at new placemaking initiatives across both its residential and commercial estates. One of these work streams is focussed on the Business Parks where Montfort Catering Consultants are supporting with the creation of co-working environments including the development of new and exciting food and beverage outlets for co-workers and visitors, thereby enriching the occupier experience.

We supported with the development of The Exchange,  a space for occupiers’ employees and their visitors to work and meet in a central location across business parks within Frasers estate. The environment, based on a club lounge environment is serviced by an artisan coffee offer with a complementary all day food and drink provision.

As well as the development of new cafes, including co-working lounges with integrated food and drink outlets, we are providing additional support and advice including the review and development of existing food and beverage facilities. Our approach has introduced a more contemporary approach to the often-more traditional corporate catering environment.
