Hiscox, York – Market Test & Catering Outsourcing Support

Our long term relationship supporting Hiscox with specialist catering advice and consultancy continues – most recently we have undertaken a market test followed by a full catering tender exercise to source a caterer to manage the catering facilities within their new landmark building in York.

The Hiscox Building, Peasholme Green is a new landmark building located within York’s City Walls. The internal facilities will include Art Café, the ‘employee catering facility’, which will also be a space for informal internal and external meetings. In addition, hospitality will be provided throughout the building, including the stunning roof terrace, which will also be available for private hire.

Our support has involved undertaking a full catering outsourcing exercise including identifying suitable organisations; developing all tender documentation; assessment and selection; as well as full management of the process.

A Preferred Supplier has been selected and both parties are looking forward to working together at this fantastic location.
