Our Approach

Following an informal market engagement exercise and pre-qualification process, we supported the V&A with a full catering tender management exercise to identify and appoint an entrepreneurial catering partner with strong experience of the family market able to establish Young V&A as a café destination for families and an intrinsic element of the visitor experience. The offer also celebrates the rich diversity of food culture in Bethnal Green and reflects the economic landscape while endorsing sustainable practices and optimising income generated to support the work of YVA.
