York Biotech Campus (previously National Agri-Food Innovation Campus, NAFIC), with over twenty years of scientific heritage, is a proven facility for discovery, innovation and success. Our Approach

Montfort Catering Consultants were engaged by York Biotech Campus to undertake a catering financial and operational review of the campus restaurant, coffee bar and conference and hospitality operations. As the catering is outsourced to a third party contract caterer, this also included a review of the contract and the appropriateness of the operational and financial structure and commitments.

Supported by robust benchmark data, our detailed recommendations have been well received and are in the process of being implemented.
