Landmark Forest Adventure Park

Montfort Catering Consultants supported Landmark Forest Adventure Park with an operational and financial review of their visitor catering along with related advice and support to improve their visitor restaurants and cafes, ensuring their long-term sustainability.

Located in the Scottish Highlands, Landmark Forest Adventure Park was recently voted by Tripadvisor as one the top 10 adventure parks in the UK and a four-star visitor attraction by the Scottish Tourist Board. Based in the Cairngorms National Park, Dinosaur Kingdom, Scotland’s answer to Jurassic Park, is the latest attraction at Landmark Forest Adventure Park, featuring 20 moving, roaring and real-life sized dinosaurs. As well as other adventure rides, grounds and visitor experiences, the park is also of significant importance to wildlife and conservation.

Montfort Catering Consultants supported Landmark Forest Adventure Park with the planning and development of their visitor catering to ensure that as visitor numbers continue to increase, their visitor cafes, restaurants and kiosks are able to support an excellent visitor experience and appropriate commercial return.

As well as focusing on the existing visitor catering operations, the project also included recommendations for alternative and new visitor catering outlets.
