Biopharmaceutical Company

Montfort Consultants are currently working with a biopharmaceutical company that discovers, develops and commercialises innovative therapeutics in areas of unmet medical needs. The company’s mission is to advance the care of patients suffering life-threatening diseases worldwide.

We initially supported this large and rapidly expanding company with their first foray into providing an on-site workplace catering facility at their International Head Quarters – their first catering development outside of the U.S.

After our initial project we provided further specialist catering consultancy support with a new build office in Cambridge, which opened in 2017.

Our initial focus for both sites included developing the detailed scope of services and financial projections for the new employee catering cafés/ restaurants along with the hospitality facilities. Following the development of the scoping documents we supported and provided lead support undertaking a contemporary tender approach to secure appropriate partners to operate the proposed world-class facilities.

We are retained in an on-going monitoring capacity.
