As has become our tradition, rather than sending Christmas cards we are once again donating to our chosen charity, York Special Care Baby Unit to support their fantastic work.

We have had a fantastic year supporting organisations with a wide range of catering advice and consultancy, including supporting organisations to become more commercially sustainable; supporting with catering feasibility studies; undertaking foodservice operational and financial reviews as well as undertaking a number of high profile catering tenders. We have been privileged to support some amazing organisations including Frasers Property, YMCA Lakeside, University of Greenwich, Scottish Opera, Chichester Festival Theatre, The Foundling Museum, Burges Salmon, Gascoyne Estates, Hackney Empire, The Fire Training College, University of Glasgow, The Hunterian Museum & Gallery, World of Glass, Hatfield House, Bishopsgate Institute, Stephenson Memorial Hall, Penguin Random House, Citizens Theatre, Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral, Brixton House, York Biotech Campus, Hastings Contemporary, Cusworth Hall Museum & Park  and a few others that we are unable to disclose due to commercial sensitivities.
