York Biotech Campus – Catering Operational and Financial Review

Montfort Catering Consultants have recently been engaged by York Biotech Campus to undertake a catering and financial operational review of the campus restaurant, coffee bar and conference and hospitality operations. As the catering is outsourced to a third party contract caterer, this also included a review of the contract and the appropriateness of the operational and financial structure and commitments.

York Biotech Campus (previously National Agri-Food Innovation Campus, NAFIC), with over twenty years of scientific heritage, is a proven facility for discovery, innovation and success.
