The Rowe, due to open later in 2022, is a 162,000 sq ft of new architecturally designed office space in Whitechapel, with private terraces on every floor, a stunning 8,000 sq ft communal roof terrace and a large scale public art installation by leading artist Yinka Iloori.

The Rowe is targeting BREEAM ‘Excellent’, WELL ‘Gold’ certification and rated WIREDSCORE ‘Platinum’ for its exceptional connectivity.
