Octagon Theatre Bolton – Food & Beverage Critical Analysis

Montfort Catering Consultants are delighted to have been further supporting Octagon Theatre Bolton with catering consultancy advice – to develop their audience, public and events food and beverage offer.

Octagon Theatre Bolton, situated in the heart of Bolton “aim to be bold, adventurous and popular, making theatre of the highest quality and to be a brilliant creative home for the people of Bolton and beyond”.

The new food and bar facilities at Octagon Theatre Bolton comprising Octagon Kitchen & Bar across the ground and first floor, opened in conjunction with the reopening of the building following completion of the capital development works in May 2021. However, since opening mid-COVID-19 the Kitchen & Bar has not had the opportunity to fulfil its potential.

To support Octagon Theatre Bolton Kitchen & Bar fulfil the potential from food and drink opportunities from both audiences and the wider community Montfort Catering Consultants have undertaken a Food & Beverage Critical Analysis to realign the operation to further enhance the visitor experience and commercial return. The recommendations have been well received and are in the process of being implemented.
