Catering & Bars Feasibility Study – The Stables

Montfort Catering Consultants are delighted to be supporting The Stables, a world-class music & entertainment venue with a feasibility study; scoping exercise and business plan advice for their venue catering and bars.

The Stables is one of the UK’s leading music venues with a vision to engage the widest range of people with music in all of its diversity. The venue is part of Arts Council England’s National Portfolio and works closely with the local authority, delivering over 400 concerts across all music genres, and 250 learning and participation projects. The Stables produces IF: Milton Keynes International Festival, a biennial multi-art form festival founded in 2010 which commissions and delivers extraordinary events in unusual spaces and in unexpected ways across the city centre.

Montfort Catering Consultants are working with The Stables undertaking a catering feasibility study including an options appraisal, market assessment and needs analysis to establish a contemporary and profitable food and drinks business for the venue.
