Montfort Catering Consultants are providing on-going operational and strategic catering consultancy support to Theatre by the Lake, Keswick.

Theatre by the Lake is uniquely positioned adjacent to Derwentwater and a ten minute walk from the centre of Lake District town, Keswick.

Montfort Catering Consultants have provided on-going strategic and operational catering support to Theatre by the Lake since 2013. This has included development of business plans and concept options for the theatre’s new stand-alone café, Lakeside, which opened in 2016. Additionally, we supported with the tendering and appointment of a caterer to manage the new café as well as the theatre’s existing food and bar facilities.

Currently we are providing on-going strategic and operational food and beverage consultancy advice to the theatre, which has included developing a revised food and beverage strategy as well as on-going management meetings with the theatre’s senior management team and caterer.
