Our previous support and advice to Park Theatre, which has been very well received included an operational and financial review of their café bar along with identifying opportunities to ensure its continued long-term success.

Our current commission relates to café and bar operational and financial business planning for the interim and longer term periods in preparation for the reopening of the theatre. Our approach always balances cultural requirements and enhancing the audience experience with commercial sustainability.
