Montfort Catering Consultants have recently undertaken a review of the existing Restaurant along with providing recommendations for improving the offer as well as wider operational and financial considerations. A detailed options appraisal has informed future concept styles and management options along with relevant recommendations. In addition, our catering advice included supporting with benchmarking and financial modelling to support the future business plan.
