The Exchange is a new concept from Frasers Property that provides an agile and welcoming workspace for dynamic companies an their people. Acting as an extension to the office The Exchange will have bookable private meeting rooms or co-working and hot desk facilities. All supported by a new cafe making it a great space to socialise and relax.

Launching at Cedarwood, Chineham Park, this venue will be open to all park occupiers and the local business community.

Montfort Catering Consultants are delighted to have supported Frasers Property with the development of the cafe, including detailing the outline offer and commercial model as well as supporting with the appointment of the catering partner to operate this exciting new concept.

The Exchange is under construction and will open later this year.
