Frasers Property UK is continually looking at new place making initiatives across both its residential and commercial estates. One of these work streams is focussed on the Business Parks where we are supporting the creation of co-working environments including the development of new and exciting food and drink offers for employees and visitors, thereby enriching the occupier experience.
The concept is a space for occupiers’ employees and their visitors to work and meet in a central location across business parks within Frasers estate. The environment based on a club lounge environment will be serviced by an artisan coffee offer with a complementary all day food and drink offer.
Frasers Property has businesses in Singapore, Australia, Southeast Asia, China and Europe, with a well-established hospitality footprint spanning over 80 cities. Their UK business parks include Chineham Park, Farnborough Business Park, Hilington Park, Maxis, Watchmoor Park and Winnersh Triangle.
Montfort Catering Consultants are supporting Frasers Property across their business parks with specialist catering consultant services and advice including the review and development of existing workplace catering facilities; the development of new cafes, along with lounges with integrated food and drink outlets as well as providing catering tender advice.
