The artistic programme at this fantastic arts centre includes theatre and dance, comedy and spoken word, live music, exhibitions and cinema.
The Brewery Arts Centre host five major festivals a year, including the internationally renowned Kendal Mountain Festival. They were also awarded ‘Venue of the Year 2017’ by Cumbria Life Culture.
The Vats bar and Grainstore Restaurant is a bright buzzy environment serving light bites as well as being a long established hotspot for pizzas. A newly introduced menu including extensive burgers further celebrates some of the finest beef and pork available from local, Cumbrian farms. Delicious vegetarian and vegan dishes are a further feature of this popular menu.
The Warehouse Café offers home baked cakes, great coffee and seasonal light meals and snacks.
Montfort Catering Consultants have been supporting The Brewery Arts Centre with the search and appointment of their new catering partner. This has included specialist support assessing the returned catering tenders, caterer interviews and meetings as well as developing the Heads of Terms and supporting with negotiation. A new catering partner is now in situ and in the process of developing further exciting food and drink initiatives for this great venue.
