Limelight is Trafford Housing Trust’s (THT) flagship, community health and well-being hub, currently being built in Old Trafford, Greater Manchester.THT wish to appoint an experienced and successful catering partner to manage their new café and related catering service at Limelight.
Limelight will offer a range of services delivered by THT, its partners and anchor tenants. The offer will include 81 Extra Care apartments for rent and shared ownership, a primary healthcare hub, including two GP surgeries, multi-purpose meeting and event spaces, a library, a pharmacy, an opticians, a nursery, a hairdressers and beauty offer, sports facilities and a community café.
The Limelight Café will be a destination, not only for Limelight residents and the Old Trafford community, but also for residents in the wider Trafford and Manchester area.
The future catering partner will need to be a dynamic, experienced and ambitious company that is imaginative and flexible and able to work to a partnership model.
