Tender: Everyman Theatre, Liverpool

The Everyman is a legendary and deeply-cherished theatre at the heart of Liverpool’s creative scene. The theatre has a rich history of ground-breaking plays and for over 50 years has developed leading talent across British theatre, film and television.

Its multiple award-winning new incarnation, which opened in 2014, is a forward-looking, inclusive and inspiring hub for creative discovery.

The Everyman is inviting Expressions of Interest from regional independent caterers, café and restaurant operators interested in working in partnership to provide food, bar and events services.

Set within this RIBA Stirling Prize-winning building, the current food and drink operations include a Bistro, Street Café, Bar and events business. We welcome creative ideas for a future model that will complement our artistic ambitions on stage and create a vibrant offer that will act as a destination in its own right.

Consideration will be given to proposals expressing interest in all food and drink services as well as alternative management approaches and temporary/‘pop-up’ opportunities. It will be essential for any future partner to share the Everyman’s values: creative invention, true inclusivity and a deep commitment to the local community and economy.

Along with contact details, please provide up to 2 sides of A4 stating why you are interested in working with the Everyman, organisational/individual background and relevant experience. Informal discussions will be held on 18th April with those shortlisted.
