The first hot chocolate shop opened in London in 1657 and it now looks like there’s a resurgence, with Hotel Chocolat’s recent opening of London Roast & Conch on Monmouth Street, Covent Garden.
With fresh cocoa delivered daily, customers can interact with the entire process from roasting and conching (grinding) through to tempering.

The cocoa and chocolate theme also extends to the food menu, including innovative complementary additions to the sandwiches and wraps.
