SmartDiner – Optimisation of Restaurant Bookings & Capacity

Launched in Harrogate this month, with a full, national launch due to take place in October, the system is designed to attract customers at quieter times of the day, enabling restaurants to optimise their capacity and increase profitability.

SmartDiner is free for restaurants to join, with a £1 fee paid by the restaurant each time a booking is placed. The online system gives greater flexibility for the restaurants to adjust the offers as required.
