Eden Court Highlands – Theatre Food & Beverage Management Model

Montfort Catering Consultants are advising Eden Court Highlands as to the future management model for their restaurant, café, pop-ups, bars and events business.

Eden Court Highlands is Scotland’s largest combined arts organisation, presenting work with, by and for the people of the Highlands, Islands and visitors.

The three connected buildings on the banks of the River Ness are home to two beautiful theatres: The Empire – 869 seats, The One Touch – 275 seats; two multi-purpose studios; two cinemas and three art galleries. Further, there is permanent public art, inside and outside the building. In the summer they also hold the annual Under Canvas music festival.

As well as these stunning spaces, there is a shop, restaurant and bars.
