Theatre Catering Consultancy – Hospitality Recruitment Advice & Support

As retained catering consultant, Montfort Catering Consultants have been further supporting Park Theatre, Finsbury Park with specialist catering consultancy advice to recruit a Head of Hospitality. This new exciting position will be responsible for launching the new Park Pizza Bar concept as well as having overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of bars and events and the development of new F&B income streams.

This most recent support to Park Theatre included developing the detailed job description and person specification; assessment of all applications; shortlisting; and interviewing in conjunction with the theatre’s executive management team.

Despite the challenging external recruitment conditions for hospitality personnel we were delighted with the quality and range of applicants for this new exciting post. Following this thorough recruitment process Park Theatre have now appointed the successful applicant to the Head of Hospitality position.

Our previous support and advice to Park Theatre, which has been very well received, included an operational and financial review of their café bar along with identifying opportunities to ensure its continued long-term success. More recently we supported with the development of the new Park Pizza Bar concept including operational and financial business planning as well as supporting with the selection of a new EPoS system.
